This is happening to my game as well. My played household sim while visiting a Custom Venue, but its more complicated than described above: my sim is being changed into a non-selected outfit (not the "first outfit" but any outfit of random chosing, including a hat (not even a part of the outfit the game is forcing him into)

PS5-console player, no mods, no CC. this only started happening after the 150-bug update. Outfits were functioning correctly while on site at a custom-venue before the 150-bug fix was pushed.
