I'm having a similar issue. PC with mods disabled. My sim is at a getaway and when she changes into her party outfit she puts on her everyday. When she puts on her everyday outfit there will be elements of her fitness outfit on. When I view them in the window that pops up for "Change Outfit" they look as they should, but it'll be one of those two issues when they change into it.
