[AA] Plumbird Expert never shows up at Round the Fire Festival

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
-  What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)

No, I have no mods/cc and I play on Mac.

I'm having the same issue. Mac, no cc/mods. 

Exactly the same issue - Mac, no mods or CC.

I've been having this same issue and I've gone to 3 different Round the Fire Festivals during 3 different seasons and the Plumbird expert never shows up. I've cleared my cache, I have no mods, no cc, I play on pc, and nothing has fixed this problem. 

I've been to 3 different Round The Fire Festivals during 3 different seasons (fall, winter, spring) and the Plumbird expert never shows up. Due to this issue the Plumbird quest can't be completed, the butterfly collection can't be completed, and the Critter Hunter aspiration that comes with Adventure Awaits cannot be completed. 

I have no mods, no cc, and I play on PC.
