[AA] Sims receive Fitness Retreat phone calls from other Sims on the same lot

Issue Description:
When a Sim performs physical activity (e.g., working out, jogging, using exercise equipment), they may receive a phone call inviting them to a Fitness Retreat from another Sim who is present on the same lot at that moment. The caller can be either a member of the active Sim's household or an NPC who is physically on the lot. The call occurs even though the caller is in the same location and could simply speak to the Sim in person.

Expected Behavior:
Phone calls inviting Sims to Getaways (including Fitness Retreats) should only come from Sims who are not currently on the same lot. If a Sim is physically present, they should initiate in-person social interactions rather than phone calls, especially when the recipient is performing an activity in the same room or area.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install Adventure Awaits expansion pack.
2. Have a Sim perform a physical activity (e.g., use a treadmill, go for a jog, lift weights).
3. Ensure another Sim (household member or NPC) is present on the same lot.
4. Continue the activity for a period of time.
5. Observe whether the active Sim receives a phone call about a Fitness Retreat.

Actual Result:

• A phone call notification appears inviting the Sim to a Fitness Retreat.
• The caller is a Sim who is physically present on the same lot.
• The call occurs even though the caller could interact in person.
• The call can come from household members or NPC Sims on the lot.

Additional Notes:

• A similar issue was reported on the EA forums where a Sim "was getting calls from Skip Broke while she was actually in face to face conversation with him," and these notifications "are continuing even in the middle of the night" .
• The June 2026 patch notes indicate the developers have been addressing phone call issues, including a fix for "Sims on the current lot no longer trigger childhood-related calls" . This suggests the current issue is a similar oversight where the lot-based caller check was not applied to Fitness Retreat invitations.
• Fitness Retreat is one of the pre-planned Getaway options in Adventure Awaits, alongside Outdoor Kids Camp and Romantic Competition .
• The patch notes also mention "Reduced phone call spam with improved notification controls and better story-based calls" and "Updated the Silence Phone feature to block all supported phone calls" , indicating this is an ongoing area of refinement.

Impact:
Low to Moderate. The bug breaks immersion by creating illogical phone calls from Sims who are physically present. While it does not prevent gameplay, it undermines the sense of a living, sensible world where Sims would simply talk to each other rather than call. This is especially noticeable during household gameplay where family members call each other from across the room.
