Trait selection panel on aging up is incorrectly sized / displayed in wrong order
when a sim ages up and you need to select their new traits, the panel doesnt properly fit the space allocated. Instead of only showing two rows of traits, it should be showing three as that is what the space allows.
In addition, the traits are displayed in the wrong order. In create a sim, the traits are organised alphabetically, but in this menu they appear to be random.
