I have been continuously playing my game on/off for about 4 days recently without closing the app, switching from household to household and playing with no problem. Today when I went to switch to a new household, their lot on the map had switched back to the ea house that was there originally. I had completely changed an rebuilt a new house months ago, so i thought this may just be a glitch and travelled to it anyways. The lot opened and it was completely empty, house gone. I quickly closed out of the game without saving, and when I reopened and checked again, ALL of my saved households no longer had homes where they used to. The map just shows the ea version of the original build and the lot is completely empty. Some of these houses take me weeks and weeks to build, so I'm pretty devestated. I tried opening earlier versions of the save file and the lots are gone on all of them. I did not save the game between opening either. I repaired the game and the houses are still gone. Any ideas? This has me feeling like I'm going to stop playing the game because the years I've spent building up this save file and days Ive spent on each lot are now completely wasted :(
I installed the most recent update on 6/30/26 and I do not use custom content or mods.
