Aspiration Goals Not Checking Off

I have several different saves I'm playing and none of the aspirations are working at all. I have one sim with the City Native aspiration, one with the Island Native aspiration, and one with Strangerville Mystery aspiration. When I try to complete the tasks they aren't checked off. I don't know if its just a missing graphic or if the task completions aren't being recorded. Similarly for tasks that require multiple stages (ex. Talk about Strangerville with 5 sims) the count remains at zero no matter how many times I complete the tasks. I don't know if this is related, but this issue is also happening with the Freelancer career, which obviously makes the entire career unplayable. I do use mods, but I did turn them all off and made a brand new unmodded save and the problem still persisted. Does anyone know what's causing this? I just bought a lot of these packs at the summer sale and I would really like to play with them properly.

She has a gpa of a+ but she isn’t getting the requirement checked off. I have the game fully updated on my ps4. I tried going to manage worlds and resetting her

After the update my game has been very strange, it won't let me complete my sims' aspirations, I have a mod that checks broken CC and it didn't have anything, I don't know if this has happened to anyone and please if you could help me

What is your current game version number? Whatever the latest is I assume
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a teen attempt to finish the Admired Icon aspiration.
What happens when the bug occurs? My teen Sim got to the last goal, which is to have 250 followers on Social Bunny. She had over 700 followers before she even got to that goal; now she has nearly 900 and it's still just not registering.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the aspiration complete and have the reward points awarded since she surpassed the goal.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Unsure - I've never tried this aspiration before.
Please describe the patch or change you made. 

I'm on PC and currently do not have any mods or cc.  My sim has been able to complete the other aspiration goals but when she eats a fresh fruit or vegetable it's not registering. It did the first time I log in, but after it register she ate 1, it didn't any longer. 

Aspirations and work promotion requirements are not getting checked off when completed. 

My only way to repair the checklist and tick it off  so far is to shut down the game and reopen

I can't get my sims aspirations tasks to get marked off when completed properly.  I'm currently working on the angling ace aspiration under the nature category.  My sim needs to catch 5 fish and go fishing in 3 different locations. My sim has caught more than 5 fish, however it still shows that they haven't caught any. I need to complete these tasks in order to move forward with the 'Nature's Calling' event.

[EBN] Nature Nomad Aspiration:  Harvest a Plant on Home Lot.

This step is not completing for me. Harvested multiple plants on home lot to no avail.

Vanilla test game. No mods. No CC.

Hi! I am having issues with my aspirations, for example “beat 3 other sims in a duel” I have done so and it will not check/progress. This happing on every aspiration I try, and on the ones where it tracks for example money, I have to travel for it to even update. 

my sims also feel very glitchy lately, I have to debug them often. They seem to get stuck in place or restart a task twice, also when I change clothes for any reason it glitches, it’s stuck in the censored mode after showering for example. sometimes when I go to read a book they just keep dropping it, and then they are stuck in the animation of holding it when they don’t even have it anymore.  

I have some mods, but they are all littlemisssam and she doesn't appear on the list. 

I want to add, I have cleared all the cache files and last expection ones. I also tried repairing the game, and reinstalling it. Still feels broken.
