For the past week or two iI have noticed certain aspirations are not completing, such as the soulmate aspiration. I had to push it through to get them to be soulmates after being married and having the highest friendship and love meters. Now, despite performing romantic gestures, it is not updating how many I perform and stays at zero. I have also noticed a similar bug under the parent aspiration and with the discipline your child 5 times.
Ideas
I'm having this problem too, with two different aspirations (painter and chief of mischief). It only seems to be on the top goal for the aspiration. For instance, if the list of goals was 1) View Paintings 10 times 2) paint 5 excellent paintings 3) paint an emotional painting, the #1 goal will not move forward even if I complete it.
The workaround I have found is to go to a different venue and then it might start working again.
