"Since the update around this spring, the baseline body shape of Sims has changed.
I am playing on PlayStation 5 (PS5).
By the way, my Sim is a very thin, male Sim. My Sim has been thin ever since they were born, so I immediately noticed the change in their leg thickness.
I have set my muscle and weight sliders to the absolute thinnest setting, but despite that, they still appear thicker. They used to wear slim-fitting pants perfectly, but now they can't pull them off anymore.
My Sim is a Vampire and does not usually eat meals. Also, because I absolutely do not want them to gain muscle, they do not usually exercise. Even if they do, it's only on the treadmill, and they occasionally go swimming in the sea in the summer.
I re-downloaded the Sim that I had saved in the Gallery when he was thin, but the Sim saved in the Gallery was also thicker than before. I tried using the CAS cheat (cas.fulleditmode) to fix the body shape, but because the underlying baseline has changed, it didn't revert. I also checked multiple other save files outside of my current one, and all of the Sims had thicker legs.
The upper body seems unaffected, but the muscle definition in the legs appears to have changed. And when I tested the sliders, the muscle mass slider now seems one or two sizes thicker than it was before.
For players who focus on thin Sims, this bug is completely critical. This bug is very upsetting to look at, and it makes me feel very sad. (It seems this change is not as noticeable for Sims who are very muscular/buff.)
Therefore, I request that you revert the baseline body value of Sims to the original thin baseline, and also revert all slider values to their original standards. Since body shape is a very important aspect of the game, please fix this immediately."
