When i try to click on open small business it doesn’t do anything. And i don’t have any mods installed.

I have this issue too.
- Did you build the small business yourself from scratch or download something from the gallery ? I built it myself. When I save the build from the non-working lot in my gallery and place it on another lot, I can open the business.
- Did you build the small business on a lot that used to be a residential rental at some point ? The save is old and the lot has been several different things (residential, generic, cafe, maybe library ... ), but it has absolutely never been a residential rental.
- Is this for a small business venue or a residential with small business ? Small business venue.
- Do you have multiple lots for the business ? No.
- Do you have other businesses in the household ? No.
