When i try to click on open small business it doesn’t do anything. And i don’t have any mods installed.

The other person's fix does not work for me. I built this lot and set it as small business, when my sim goes there and uses the kisok she only has the option to set her house as the business and not purchase the lot. I see nowhere to purchase the lot. What am I doing wrong here? Here are my steps
1. Built lot (set as smb)
2. sim goes to lot and clicks kisok
3. cannot actually buy the buisness.
Am I missing something? Am I supposed to see it in the same place you would see the options to purchase a restaurant or retail store? I was able to buy a small buisness with a sim in another save doing the exact same thing so I'm super confused. I preordered :(
Make sure the lot has been registered as a small business first. Then your sim can use the phone to purchase it. Hope this helps.
