[BH] Can’t open small business

I am also having this problem on PC (Windows 11)

In one save, I was not able to start a small business at all - when I clicked the button to register a small business, nothing happened at all.

In save number two, I was able to register the business and buy a small business venue lot. This lot has someting I built from scratch, and it was a normal residential lot before I changed it to a small business venue so my sim could buy it for his business. It was empty before I built the structure on it. It's in Newcrest and never had any rentals or anything on it. This is the first build on this lot.

The household only has one business.

Now, the problem I have is that I cannot set new activities for my sim's business. Every time I try it, I get a white screen and I have to force-quit the game.  It's also crashing when I try to hire staff for him or set employee tasks.

Now, I cannot use it because I can't actually assign what the business is supposed to do.

This happens whether I have Mods & CC installed or not. I've tried it both ways, and sometimes I cannot create businesses at all, and sometimes the result is what I've already described above.
