When i try to click on open small business it doesn’t do anything. And i don’t have any mods installed.

I had the same issue for an Small Business Venue (no residential) I installed from the Gallery in Nordhaven (the 202x20 lot of Gammevilk) for one of the sims in my household. I purchased it just fine, but then couln't set it as the business (I will attach a photo), it only offer my residential lot as an option...
The only thing that worked was selling the lot from the Manage World view, and re-purchasing it. Quite the hassle to manoeuver between all lot types...
