When i try to click on open small business it doesn’t do anything. And i don’t have any mods installed.

This is sort of similar whats happening to me.
PC, no script mods only CC. Already deleted thumbcache, repair game, moved lots, tried to sell business and start a new, etc.
Background: Adult owned business since Young adult, and it was working fine. It was a business on the home lot (and it had been moved once before). I tranfered the business to the teenage kid and it broke. Its a new save and has no residential rentals (excoet for the ones in tomarang)
Noticed it first when clicking ”open” and it did nothing. Could not open with the ticket kiosk or sign either, it did the animation but it didnt open. I tried to make the household move and then move back and that did nothing. When trying to restore i transfered it back to the mum but then both somehow ended up with a business. The name change i did to the business was also reversed several times. And i cant sell it.
I bought a separate business venue and it worked to open it once (1) and then it broke again. I dont know what to doooooo.
