When i try to click on open small business it doesn’t do anything. And i don’t have any mods installed.

So, the problem that I am having is that I brought my sim her business. it was a build that I remodeled for the B&H. she registered the business when she brought the lot. However, the business panel won't show up and it keeps saying that she doesn't own a small business. but, yet I can open the store and sell items?? also in the business tap it says Register small business $(0.money) this is what it looks like on the screen.
I did what missnickkie, had suggested above but still my sims can't see the business panel. Also, she doesn't live there. her home is next door. I've tried the phone and computer still nothing. should I start over in a new save file?
