When i try to click on open small business it doesn’t do anything. And i don’t have any mods installed.

Update: I did more testing on my save file and discovered a few new things (bugs?).
1 - I can’t open a small business with employees if it’s located on my home lot.
2 - I can open a small business with employees when the business is not on my home lot.
3 - For some reason, when I try to run a business from my home lot, no customers show up.
4 - However, when the business is located outside my home lot, customers do start appearing.
5 - This issue happens on lots downloaded from the gallery as well as lots created from scratch (originally set as residential).

Important notes about this save:
1 - Newcrest has only one business lot (off home lot), which works fine with employees.
2 - Mt. Komorebi (Family Le Chien) has a home lot business that fails to open when it has employees.
What are the businesses in your game supposed to be (and how many residential rentals do you have)?
The Cahyaputri household in your game might have a buggy residential rental.
