When i try to click on open small business it doesn’t do anything. And i don’t have any mods installed.

Removed all mods. Cannot open small business. The business is created. It's assigned to the lot. Every time I press "open ($75)" under the small business icon, it does not do anything. I have even bought all the signs and tried the "open (enter name of store here)" task. The sim does the grab animation, and nothing happens. In the bottom right corner it says that the business is "currently closed."
Has anyone figured out this problem? I looked on Google and it said if that lot is on a previously retail lot it might be lingering data that’s causing the conflict. But then again idk? I do have base mental mods installed and I have Cocain on my lot, I wonder if that’s causing the problem..
I ended up having to delete my lot and move to another one. I originally had a Retail store and when I switched the lot to small business it broke. Couldn't figure it out so I saved it to my library and moved the small business to a "fresh" lot that hadn't been used before.
