When i try to click on open small business it doesn’t do anything. And i don’t have any mods installed.

I am having an issues with my business. It was working as it should until the patch on August 19th.
- I built it.
- It used to be a residential lot (where one of the townies lived in). it is now a small business & residential lot.
- No multiple lots.
- No other businesses
- I've done everything recommended here in this thread & others.
The business owners mom & husband died in their own little pool of fun. It happened around the same time as the patch so I have no idea if it matters. The ghosts do NOT have the business. I have added them to the family to see.
I am adding screenshots of her business panel & her work panel. It doesn't matter if there are mods, repaired, etc, etc it's the same. And this happened BEFORE she got a job. None of the family members have it either.
I also really don't care about it, as it wasn't bringing in a lot of money (the money is from Alexander being a hacker). But I am worried about my other family in the same save having the same issues eventually. I plan on having her move out right before she dies so it won't pass on to a person in the family.
I moved her to a new lot & this is what happened to her business. I can edit the name & description only.
I only got to that screen from a warning MCCC put up. Otherwise I can't get into that screen. I can get to that screen without MCCC. Can't edit anything. Can't sell it.
