When i try to click on open small business it doesn’t do anything. And i don’t have any mods installed.

Removed all mods. Cannot open small business. The business is created. It's assigned to the lot. Every time I press "open ($75)" under the small business icon, it does not do anything. I have even bought all the signs and tried the "open (enter name of store here)" task. The sim does the grab animation, and nothing happens. In the bottom right corner it says that the business is "currently closed."
Same, here. Originally was a retail lot. changed it to small business, can't open the business. Sold the lot, bulldozed it, changed it to generic, logged out. Deleted all L files, re-opened game, replaced the small business, still can't open it. I want to use THIS specific lot in Newcrest, as all the other lots are taken and this is an old save file... now broken with an unusable lot. >:(
