If we use Secret Spice perk on max quality food that meal can't be able to eat - sim reset to T-pose for moment after grab plate, and Last Exception show up:

I'm experiencing the same issue: every dish I add the Secret Spice to causes the Sim to freeze in a T-pose and they can't eat it. This happens with any recipe, even the ones that used to work just fine before.
