I am also having this issue, though for me it seems to show up when my sim uses the cook option on the refrigerator, then adds the secret spice. If my sim doesn't add secret spice, my sims are able to eat dish with no issues. After my Sim adds the spice and tries to grab a serving, she does a T-pose, I get exception error, and then cannot do anything with the dish other then throw it away or put away in fridge.
