If we use Secret Spice perk on max quality food that meal can't be able to eat - sim reset to T-pose for moment after grab plate, and Last Exception show up:

I have tried several ways to get my sim to eat but they wont. They just constantly reset and you can literally see them resetting when trying to get them to eat.
I've tried a new stove, new fridge, for them to use the grill instead. So getting the food cooked isn't the issue. But every time they sit down with the food, they reset and the food ends up on the floor. Or try to get them to grab a serving and it ends up on the floor. This is very recent and started happening with my Witch sim after having her practice magic and things started messing up eating wise since.

I havent been able to get the sim to eat all day yesterday and today. I just have had to make needs Happy.
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Is this the only Sim you're having issues with ?
- Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.I'm having the same issue, I haven't had it repeat since clearing out my sims' leftovers and making new ones (all of the new ones are gormet cooking, i'm not sure if that makes a difference or not). If it happens again I will go through the steps listed by cririct (I do have mods and CC) and share my Last Exception file info in this thread!
