No matter how many times my sims achieve a milestone some of the family recipes wont unlock, fertility unleashed, illness immunity etc. Regardless of the save, family or other factors wont unlock.

My sim just had twins from her first pregnancy. She did not get the Fertility family recipe unlock. In fact, the only family recipe she has unlocked is Motive-ating.
