[BH] Customers not spanning to small business lot

I started my game with a residential business that I built onto my already built home and it was fully functional. Then I wanted to try the actual Small Business Lot type and so I sold/closed my at home business and opened one on a Small Business Lot and I opened and no customers came after 3 hours. I closed the business and opened again for 6 hours and still NO ONE SHOWS UP 😭

The business is a Cafe/Lounge with a pottery studio upstairs. It has a kiosk for sims to pay an entry fee and everything else required in Build Mode for a small business.
