I have a small business and when i open it sometimes customers spawn and sometimes they dont. I took all my mods out and repaired my game etc but its still not working

I have a small business and everything works well, they come, pay their fee and does what I set them to do. But then out of nowhere costumers no longer show up when I open the business, we are talking literally zero people. I open and close the business several times but it’s the same every time. I play on PlayStation.
