[BH] Customers not spanning to small business lot

I have the same issue. Everything has been normal for me up to today. I have a save with 3 different families with different businesses. I'm currently playing with a café/sweet shop in Henford on Bagley.  When I loaded up the game today, my Sims opened their business as normal. I had a normal business day and made some money. The next day I opened the business and no one entered for the entire day! They stayed outside considering coming in, but they all decided against it and disappeared. They'd be replaced with new customers only to rinse and repeat. I had installed 2 new items of cc (the updated version of Plasticbox's pottery and a custom teapot), so I removed them one at a time and retested my save. Each time has the same result! Weirdly enough sometimes I get 1-2 customers who don't seem to know they're customers. They come in and raid my fridge (which is behind a locked gate) eat a meal and then buy something from the speciality coffee bar. They also throw away spoiled food from the same fridge. Removing this cc has made no difference. This bugged day is also Prank Day. Cancelling this holiday makes no difference. I have some videos that I can upload if required. I haven't yet tried playing to the next day and will do shortly. Closing the business and reopening it on the same day makes no difference.
