[BH] Customers not spanning to small business lot

So the next sim day everything is normal. I did get one of my sims to leave the lot. I also saved as and reloaded the game, but as I had already reloaded several times I don't think that made a difference. 

EDIT The next real day I've had several successful business days. I was slightly concerned on Talk Like a Pirate Day but it was normal. The next day however (Sunday, the first day of fall) no customers would enter again. I've closed the business for the day and will reopen the next sim day.
