[BH] [GF] [GTW] Celebrities Can't Be Interacted With in Retail/Small Business

It's also happening with me, funnily enough I can still "inquire about local huntings"... I spam this interaction until I have enough friendship to talk to them normally. (happening in both retail and business venues)
