[BH] [GTW] Buying from Mannequins in small businesses creates issues

When running a Small Business, mannequins are not possible to set for sale and the Browse and Buy Items business activity does not affect them, even though other Get To Work selling "surfaces" work with Small Businesses. Sims will also use mannequins to try on outfits with the Try On Outfits business activity, so it seems weird they wouldn't be able to purchase from it.

When fixed, I hope to see mannequin clothing purchasable by customers in a Small Business with the Browse and Buy Items business activity applied.
