I don't know how to use mods, so I play Sims4 in vanilla without using any mods.I have tried it with other Sims and 12 of them are experiencing the same issue.

you can edit the first post by clicking on the cogwheel located all the way to the right under your avatar.
Then just pick PC/Mac/XBox or Playstation depending on what platform you play on, If you are on PC, also choose EA app, Steam or EPIC
