[BH] Nordhaven Meetup notif still occuring when disabled in settings

This is still happening for me on the PS5.

Thanks for this tip! I'd completely forgotten about the Nordhaven signs. That's exactly what was happening in my game and why I had no notifications.

the new setting for the Nordhaven meetups does not change or override the festival notification system that was implemented with the Pack's release. 

This means that if you have the notifications enabled on the world's signs, changing the new setting will have no influence on this setting, and you will continue to have notifications if they were enabled on the sign. 

Simultaneously, if you have the notifications disabled on the world signs, and using the new options, want to enable them, if the sign setting has them disabled, the new setting does not change this and will prevent the notifications from being displayed. 

Picture shows that despite the new setting being enabled in the options menu, the notifications will not display because the notifications sign does not change to reflect the user's settings. 

I decided to create a new bug report as this better reflects the bug report, rather than the other one that makes the issue appear one sided and only discusses the introductory notification about the festivals existing, rather than the notifications that say the festival is happening currently. 

Tbh it only popped up that one time for me. I've been playing in game for several weeks now and it no longer pops up.

i knew this would be an issue when the feature was enabled for the Nordhaven festivals. The new setting fails to override the game's notification setting for these festivals when the pack launched, essentially making the new setting useless. The new setting needs to override these, otherwise the settings from the sign will always be whether the notifications show or don't show, as outlined by cchant86​ who had the opposite problem. 

I have the opposite problem! 😄 I have the option enabled because I want to get the Nordhaven announcements but I haven't received any at all. Maybe it's coded backwards or something. I'll have to go test that.
