[BH] [RL] Buying a Small Business Lot in different World breaks Noble Career

I had the spouse of a noble purchase a small business venue lot in a different world. (Noble family lives in Ravenwood, bought the lot in Copperdale.)

This lead to several issues (that may need seperate bug reports mods, let me know If I should make them.)

• The noble sim got a demotion, despite not actually moving to a different Kingdom.
• The noble (who was a duke and was demoted to marquess) keeps regressing to Marquess despite having reached the maximum noble career level. He should be king but whenever the family gets loaded, even on their home lot, it shows as Marquess.
• The Small Business Lot purchased does not show up under the small business tab, even when on the lot itself. It does show as owned by the Noble family on the world map screen.
