[BH] [RL] Buying Small Business in different world triggers Noble Demotion

Reposting at mod's request.

I had a Noble family who lived in Ravenwood purchase a small business lot in Copperdale. This triggered the Noble demotion that's supposed to happen when Nobles move to a new kingdom, even though the family didn't actually move.
