[BH] [RL] Foods missing from Family Recipes

These Cooking Skill recipes from Royalty & Legacy are missing from "Select Base Recipe" when creating a Family Recipe:

1. Bolinhos De Bacalhau
2. Crab Linguine
3. Egusi Soup
4. Kontomire Soup
5. Palm Nut Soup
6. Panna Cotta
7. Pastel De Nata
8. Puff Puff

The recipes can all be made by selecting "Cook..." at the fridge, so should also be able to be used as a Family Recipe base.

I tested this with a sim with Level 10 Cooking Skill. They aren't special "unlockable" recipes.

Panna Cotta, Pastel De Nata and Puff Puff are missing compared to previous screenshot.

This appears to be part of a systemic issue where newer Cooking Skill foods have not been added to Family Recipes.

EA have asked that we create one report thread per pack for this issue, so I am doing this where I can find them listed online. But foods aren't labelled with packs in-game, so players can't always determine which pack or update introduced each recipe; some may be missing.
