[BH] Sim constantly doing 'Prank toilet' interaction

You say it's also NPCs but talk about a specific Sim mostly. Do other Sims you control not do it ?

Is this the only auto mischief behavior or the only autonomous behavior ? 

Do you have any NAPs active in your neighborhood and does it also happen on other lots ?

Apologies for the poor writing. NPC = the guy exhibiting problematic behavior this time. He continued to mess with the toilet mischief not only when playable, but also when he appeared as an NPC.
So far, he is the only one who has been confirmed to exhibit this problematic behavior. He has a family, but his other family members do not exhibit this behavior.
He exhibits the same behavior in worlds other than his home, so the world does not seem to be related.
This is the only autonomous behavior.
NAP is not actively taking place on his lot. At the moment, it is only taking place in Evergreen Harbor. By the way, the following are taking place, so we believe it is unrelated.
Clean Energy Production, Eco-Friendly Appliances, Green Initiatives and Modern Development.

Even after the latest update, this bug remains. He's only mischief with the toilet.

It may be a minor bug, but he's a very important Sim to me. EA, please fix this bug. Don't leave it like this. Console players can't use mods, so I  no way to stop him from doing this on our own.

This may be due to an update within the last 3 months, or it may be related to the "Eco Lifestyle"  I recently installed.

This is a serious bug that is affecting gameplay. Please fix it as soon as possible.

I narrowed down the issue. The Sim has a 'commodity' for a small business prankster. It seems that got stuck on him from being a disruptive Sim at a business ? Did you ever seen him be that ?

I'm personally not very knowledgeable on how commodities work or if there's a way to remove them on console. Since it's completely random which Sims are classified as disruptive Sims, you probably also can't try to get him come to your business as such.

I didn't do further testing on how to remove it without mods but maybe you can try what happens if you invite him over to a small business. Does he have the disruptive customer tag ? Can you get him to leave and the tags being removed ?

It does sound like there's a bug somewhere. Pretty sure, they should not have that commodity or at least not have it affect lots outside of the small business.

Maybe you can do some further testing yourself with this info.
