I am having this same problem with a Sim I created. No mods no cc. I have changed him to hate pranks and mischief. Cheated him down to 0 mischief skill. He keeps pranking toilets, I change it out and he goes back again to prank it. This is constant. I have gotten so aggravated to the point that I made him and his wife divorce and moved him out because I couldn't stand it anymore. This is my first gen legacy family and no he doesn't own a small business. This still happens everywhere he goes. Now when my female sim goes out to a bar or library, if he is there I see him heading straight to the bathrooms to prank them. Really ruining my game.
