Now, he always only toilets mischief. His only Autonomous behavior is toilets mischief. Even when he's hungry, he doesn't take any Autonomous behavior to eat. No matter how many times I delete his actions, he keeps taking the action to toilets mischief. This happens not only with playable characters, but also with NPCs. I saw him at a bar and he was setting up pranks in all the restrooms. He's never done this before.
This didn't happen at least three months ago, so something might have happened in the recent update. I think the nuisance customer flag in Business & Hobbies is a problem.
He's one of my favorite Sims, so I absolutely cannot delete him. I'm really struggling with not being able to play with my family with this Sim. Please fix this soon.

After some testing, I found that the Sim has a commodity for the small business prankster. Removing that stops the autonomy behavior of pranking the toilet.
I suspect, it got stuck on the Sim from when he was a disruptive customer but I havent' done any testing on the cause.
