[BH] Sim use objects outside of Home lot /Assigned area

Something very similar happen in my game too!

The core of the problem seems to be the same to yours, but reveal that it manifest itself in a more general way and affect more aspects of the gameplay. 

In my game: area (public,private,employee,neighborhood) are not taken into consideration when sims are filling tasks (ex: washing dishes, picking garbage, choosing a table to eat). Some of those bugs happen no matter if there is a business or not existing on the lot.

A "Neat Trait" Sim frequently cleans not only their house, but also a BBQ grill that's quite far away. Even though they run a small business, frequently cleaning a BBQ grill that's quite far away from their house is problematic. I think this behavior is excessive. I don't think I've seen this happen until recently.

Thanks for your reply, I've never had this issue before in my world so I didn't realize it had been happening for a while.

this is still happening. so far I can see it happens to the business owner only. I'm not sure if it's happening with an employee (within the household and/or outside the household) as well. here's some example.

• if I assign a sim to clean, after the cleaned inside the lot, they will autonomously run and clean off the lot within the neighbourhood (such as mopping water puddle, throw away trash, cleaning up children's mess, etc). 
  
  • I tried with Inked Inlet 20x20 lot (Iverstad, Nordhaven) where there will be some rummaged trash from time to time. Specifically around the market stall (meet-up spot), and the Trashley's trashcan at the shady alley. 
• if I assign to paint, after all the easels inside the house have been occupied, they will use the easel outside the lot within the neighbourhood. 
  • if you want to try reproduce the issue, try making 2-sim household to register the business that assign 3 types of employees; the business owner, the employee within the household, and the employee outside the household to paint.
  • Place at least 3 easels on the lot. Wait until they finished the first painting and see.
  • Try at Morensong, Tomarang (such as Ro Kaya Rockside 40x30) or Crystal Valley, Gibbi Point (such as Prospector's Paradise 40x30) where the easels are available off the lot.
