[BH] Sims ignore Door Lock settings at house after starting a small business

I tested a few more situations & conditions because no one report about this bug😢
As a result, found that this bug occurred only when the Sim has a Small business in another lot.

Test Method:
Make a Group consisting of Household members & Customer.
And ordered the group to go and sit down.

========================================

TEST 1: NO small business
There are no customers because it is not a business place.

Area & Door lock settings

Order [sit down in the green room (Buttler only room)]

Order [sit down in the blue room (blue sim & Buttler only room. Residential area.)]

Order [sit down in the white room (white sim & Buttler only room. Public area.)]

ALL Door lock setting works fine.

TEST 2: Small business in ANOTHER LOT. not in HOUSE.
There are no customers because it is not a business place.

Area & Door lock settings

Order [sit down in the green room (Buttler only room)].
Sim break the door lock.

Order [sit down in the blue room (blue sim & Buttler only room. Residential area.)].
Sims break the door lock.

Order [sit down in the white room (white sim & Buttler only room. Public area.)].
Sim break the door lock.

Sims ignore door lock settings.

TEST 2: Small business in ANOTHER LOT. not in HOUSE.

Order [sit down in the green room (Buttler only room)]

Order [sit down in the blue room (Household member & Buttler only room. Residential area.)]

Order [sit down in the yellow room (Household member & Buttler only room. Employees area.)]

Order [sit down in the purple room (Buttler only room. Employees area.)]

ALL Door lock setting works fine.
