Not exactly. However I do have 2 tables.
The issue is when select "tend table" my Sims stand nowhere near the table. They're in different rooms or opposite sides of the lot.
However when they receive a tattoo request they go to their correct tables-so my issue isn't quite the same as the one in the link you provided
