[BH] Skillful Sleep Projection Can't Use Locked Computer

Packs Owned: All EPs except Enchanted by Nature and Adventure Awaits, All GPs, All Stuff Packs

Issue: A projection of a Sim using the Skillful Sleep option can't use a locked computer that is locked for everyone but the non-projection Sim or their Household. 

Repro steps:

1. Have a Sim with the Skillful Sleep Mastery Perk
2. Have them go to sleep using the Skillful Sleep option in a room with a "Lock for everyone but Sim" OR "Lock for everyone but Household" OR unlocked computer
   1. If the computer is set to "Lock for everyone but Sim" OR "Lock for everyone but the Household" the Projection will appear, but cause a notification to pop up saying "I'm not able to work on anything in here."
   2. If the computer is unlocked the Projection will start working on it - lock the computer for everyone but the Sim or Household and the Projection will cause a popup notification to appear that says "I'm not able to work on anything in here."
