Going to do some testing then.
EDIT: Seems to be working fine for me. Bit hard to tell if my Sim is actually gaining skill but the projections seems to do all sorts of skilling stuff.
Could you cheat trait the trait to another Sim to see if it works for them. Please also test another lot type.
