[BH] Small business employees with Paint task scrap completed paintings

Product: The Sims 4
Platform: PC (EA app)
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? 100%
What is your current game version number? PC: 1.113.288.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, apart from a some kits
Steps: Have a small business with paintings (or tattoo designs) made by sims hanging on the walls of the public area, and an employee with the "Paint" task. Open business and wait. 
What happens when the bug occurs? While the small business was open, the employee would walk up to paintings hanging on the wall of the public area (painted by my sim) and take them. They did not appear in any of my household sim's inventories. After reproducing this several times, my sim (with the same task) also started removing paintings, and the action was called "Scrap".
What do you expect to see? For an employee to leave crafted items alone when they do NOT have the Scrap Crafts task. For them to leave them alone when they are placed around the business as decoration, not on crafting tools, even if they do have Scrap Crafts. 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? MCCC and a few minor mods. The issue persisted after disabling mods and repairing the game. 
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No, I have not made any changes since buying and installing the pack.
Please describe the patch or change you made. 

I can send a save if needed, but I think it should be reproducable without it.

    Same happens here. Employee with "Scrap" task scrapped all paintings & masterpieces hanging on the wall in the shop, not only those unfinished on easels.

     

    Edit: I’m on PC with no CC or mods, and game is updated.

    Just had this happen to me. Had a masterpiece disappear, replaced it with another while I looked for it and then saw my employee walk over and scrap it from the wall (not the display and not an easel, but just a regular wall). 

    I'm on PC with mods disabled and no CC.

    Update: in playing further, it seems the "scrap" action is completely bugged. Despite removing this action, my employee is now scrapping paintings as I'm currently working on them, even when the business is closed (she came to visit one night and I was trying to hit the masterpiece task for the painter aspiration and she literally scrapped it while I was still working on it).

    Having the same issue. The employee not only scraps the paintings on the wall that my Sim did. She scraps paintings in process too, while my sim is on the easel.

    Same here--Finally caught my sim in the act. I was hoping that framing the finished work might be a workaround, but in this picture my sim (who is employed by the small business owner with a scrap crafts task) is in the process of scrapping a framed one. This wall used to be full of finished artwork :/

    In the second image you can see that this room is listed as residential which I would have hoped that autonomous employee behavior wouldn't occur in. This is not the case.

    Resetting them once they have gotten this far will make the art disappear regardless :/

    I also experienced this. My sim scrapped a painting that wasn't even on the portion set apart for business, but she scrapped a completed painting (that happened to be an heirloom) in the residential area.

    Employees will no longer remove paintings which are displayed on walls when the “Scrap Crafts” Employee Task is set.

    Fixed in Patch 1.113.297/2.11
