[BH] Small Business switch around when playing another family

I have two small businesses operating by two different sims who live in the same household.

When I checked the small business settings in this household, Kevin's gym is checked to operate at Movers and Shakers in Willow Creek and Chez Sauce is checked to operate at the lot in Magnolia Promenade.

When playing the Sauces, Kevin can open the gym in Willow Creek and Emma can open the Café correctly at Magnolia Promenade. But when playing as sims in other households, Movers and Shakers suddenly turns in to Chez Sauce and Emma and her team are cooking away in the gym like they're in the café! Why is the gym operating as the café when the café is not checked to operate on the gym lot?

Could you please provide the following information

- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

I took out gameplay mods which were only MCCC and the problem still persists:
Chez Sauce is assigned to operate on a lot in Magnolia Promenade. On this kiosk it should say "Buy Entry in to Saucy Mentoring Limited"
When checking the small business settings, Saucy Mentoring Limited is set to operate at Movers and Shakers:
And Chez Sauce is correctly checked to operate at Chez Sauce in Magnolia Promenade.
So why is the lot in Willow Creek thinking the gym is now a café? Kevin still owns his small business.
Kevin had his business first, then Emma opened Chez Sauce way later on in the story so this should not interfere with the small business lots.
