[BH] Tattoos not unlocked/relock with skill up

That's the issue I'm having, I also play with mods. 

I turned off my mods and still have issues, figured I'd at least give it a shot.

Have the same problem it’s driving me nuts have level 10 tattooing and tattoos are still locked. 

Have the community get back to you? Will they do anything about it? Please let me know if it's fixed.

I did too, the issue persists.

I found that through gameplay if I cheated the skill the tattoos don't appear until you earn the skill through gameplay. That said, I am sad to find out the unlocked tattoos do NOT transfer if you upload to gallery. I unlocked every tattoo but I can't transfer to another save which is a huge bummer. I hope to find a cheat soon. Also very bummer, all the unlocked tattoos are only available in CAS to the sim not their household :/ I have to edit the household's tattoos through gameplay. Maybe a mod will happen.

Edit: I also cheated down my earned skill in order to get the poor tattoo on every body part. I guess it makes sense all these ugly townies have to stay with their creator. 😄

Edit 2: do not do this, now he is level 9 all unlocked but one right arm level 7 is still locked. and its inconsistent when i download from gallery

So that means it's not bug issue? We have to unlock every single tattoo as long we want that particular sim to be max in tattooing skill? And also even if I unlock this particular sim (all tattoos) that also doesn't mean my other sims has unlock all the tattoos. Is this what you mean?

Im also having this issue its ruining the pack for me

Tattoo designs are unlocked in the digital sketchpad.

I have the same problem, with Windows. I don't have any modes etc
