Ideas
No mods or CC. Only tested on Mac, none of the means work for me to visit their household, but when I load into the lot the business works as usual. Even if my sim is invited to the house (party, meeting new kids, etc) the lot is acting as if I visited the business and not the household.
Do you have issues with any small businesses or this particular one ? Could you try a new save for testing purposes to see if it's isolated to this save ?
