My char get the benefit for small business 'economic crime'. So i send this Sim to another business-property ... Yes : now the Sim can go into privat-area , but is NOT able to steal !

I just visit another property, choose business access (not : privat-visit). i clicked on everything possible ... but the only additional option is 'set it on fire by accident' (or sometimes 'buy'). Same as i tried before. That includes the private living-area too. (? Perhaps it is important : my Sim is a wizard ?)
In my native language the perk- definition is : "with this perk, the Sim can enter private business areas and steal valuables..."
Anyway - i went into EVERY room - nothing to steal
What language are you playing in ? Maybe the english is just a bit strange. I'll try to find out what it should be. Maybe they mean employee only areas ?
Can you test a human Sim to see if that has the same issue ?
My native language is german. Would it work , if i change this sim, who allready own this perk , in cas to non-magic ? Or should i create a new one ?, or am i allowed to upload a Sim from the online galery ? And -i think - i will try to find out , if there are 'rooms for emloyees' i can test.
