Issue Description: When a business activity is set to "Workout," NPC Sims will use most standard gym equipment but will not autonomously use the free weights from the Adventure Awaits expansion pack. The free weights are only utilized if the specific task "Use Free Weights" is added separately to the business task list.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create or own a business with the Businesses & Hobbies pack.
- Set the business activity to Workout (only).
- Place Free Weights from the Adventure Awaits pack on the lot.
- Open the business and observe NPC behavior.
Expected Result: NPC Sims should use the free weights as part of the general "Workout" activity category.
Actual Result: NPC Sims ignore the free weights entirely. They only use them if the specific "Use Free Weights" task is added alongside "Workout."
