Issue Description: When a business owner hires an NPC Spin Class Instructor to teach a spinning class using the Gluteforce Instructor's Spinning Bike, the instructor will end the class prematurely. A message appears stating the instructor is leaving. The instructor gets off the bike and stands idle, while students continue spinning as if the class is still active. Clicking on a spinning bike shows a message that the class is still in progress. After several Sim minutes, the class finally ends and the instructor leaves the lot.
Expected Behavior: The hired instructor should complete the full class duration without leaving early. The class should end only when the scheduled time is finished, and all participants should stop spinning together.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Own a business with the Businesses & Hobbies expansion pack.
- Place a Gluteforce Instructor's Spinning Bike from Adventure Awaits on the lot.
- Hire an NPC Spin Class Instructor.
- Start a spinning class with the NPC instructor.
- Observe the class progression.
Actual Result:
- The NPC instructor ends the class early without completing the full duration.
- A pop-up message appears stating the instructor is leaving.
- The instructor gets off the bike and stands idle next to the bike.
- Students remain on their bikes and continue spinning animations.
- Interacting with any spinning bike shows a tooltip or message saying the class is still in progress.
- After approximately several Sim minutes, the class finally terminates.
- The instructor then leaves the lot.
Additional Notes:
- This may be related to the instructor NPC having incorrect shift duration or class completion flags.
- The student behavior (continuing to spin) suggests the class state machine does not properly synchronize when the instructor dismounts.
- Does not occur when the business owner teaches the class themselves.
Impact: Disrupts fitness business gameplay. Customers continue spinning without an instructor, wasting time. The owner cannot rely on hired instructors to run full classes.
