Bugged CC

So basically I had downloaded some eye colors for my Sims which has now led to them being bugged out and don't look correct. They were meant for occult but that's not even the main part is they won't leave my game at all. I've Repaired Uninstalled Did a tray importer removed every mod getting rid of localgametumb etc. So im really lost what to do I've basically given up because there really isn't anything to do. And I have absolutely no mods but it makes no sense every other mod i delete goes away and leaves my game but for some reason this one wont.
